10月21日上午10时，河南省太极拳协会副主席张子宇会长应邀来我校开展学术交流,讲座在武汉体育学院东教学楼三楼第二报告厅进行，武术学院师生聆听了讲座。张子宇会长就“传统太极拳的机理分析”与我们进行了交流讨论。讲座由武术学院武术理论与养生教研室主任孙健老师主持。

 

讲座开始，由孙健老师简短介绍了本次讲座的主讲人张子宇会长，此次讲座是基于武汉体育学院“体育教育与健康促进”学科群资助下开展的学术交流活动。接着，由武术学院石爱桥教授对学科群情况，以及赶来参加讲座的各位嘉宾进行了介绍。鼓励在座的各位师生深入学习贯彻落实中共中央办公厅与国务院办公厅联合下发的《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的意见》，对教育系统和学校开齐开足民族传统体育课程，加强美育、体育教育，抓住契机，进一步开发民族传统体育课程做贡献。

 

张子宇会长就传统太极拳的机理、陈式小架太极拳的特点等几个方面进行了报告。本次交流以讲解与实操相结合的方式进行，着重对陈式小架太极拳进行了讲解与实操，从起源、演变、推广到现在定型。讲解完毕之后，张子宇会长以正面与背面两个方位，为师生现场展示了陈式小架太极拳的放劲、发力方式与呼吸方法，提出了“哼哈”的呼吸方式。鼓励在场师生一起进行实操，体会陈式小架太极拳的放劲、发力与呼吸，与师生互动，现场答疑解惑。

 

最后，由武术学院武术理论与养生教研室主任孙健老师对张子宇会长的交流分享做了以下总结：张子宇会长在讲座中给我们分享了陈式小架太极拳的发展历程，通过张会长亲身学习太极拳的经历，结合陈式小架太极拳在推广过程中的经验，为我们提出了宝贵的建议，学拳要先学会，拳架要正，再练好，最后练出绝招。同时要注重太极拳文化内涵的学习和领悟，注重理论与实践相结合。张会长在学拳的过程中也不忘提出做人的理念，练拳也要讲政治、讲大局、识大体，对于练拳、我们的生活、工作提出了期望，即职业为事业服务，要求同学们在今后的学习与工作中，奋发向上，希望大家走出一个高层次人才的发展道路。从练拳到做人，张会长生动形象的为我们上了一堂传统体育文化课，让在座的师生受益匪浅。

 

本次学术交流活动结束之后，现场嘉宾与张子宇会长进行了合影留念，以期张子宇会长再来我校进行学术交流。

 

会后，来访嘉宾和硕士、博士生在武术理论与养生教研室组织了陈式小架太极拳进教材交流研讨会。
